Spokane Cat Clinic & Hotel is excited to share our new online boarding form! The good news is that the new form is *very* thorough and will really help us provide your cat(s) with the best care possible. The less good news is that it's *very* thorough and will take a bit more of your time to fill out. But let’s focus on that good news part! It’s very important to us to know how you’d like us to handle any concerns that might come up while your cat is in our care. We know it’s stressful to put the care of your cat in someone else's hands, and we appreciate your trust in us. The other good news is that you won’t necessarily need to fill this out every time you board. We have a quick option for the “frequent flyers” to use the form on file as long as everything is current. After you complete the in-depth form, you will receive a copy by email so you can look back to see if any of your answers have changed.
