Prior to your cat's boarding check in, we will require you to fill out an additional Boarding Consent & Instructions form which we will email and/or text to you. We know how hectic it generally is when you are preparing to be away from home, so if you are able to fill this form out sooner rather than later, it really helps us prepare for your cat's upcoming visit.
